Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your product(s) to BLACK Concept Store within 14 days from the date you received the good, for exchange or gift card. These items must be: Unused and in the same condition as it was sold to you. Accompanied with proof of purchase. This policy works in conjunction with, and in no way limits, the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the product supplied is damaged/faulty/incorrectly supplied, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy this situation. EXCLUSIONS, Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for exchange or store credit for products which are: Bed Linen or mattresses. Personal care, grooming, hygiene Ex Home-Staging products Without proof of purchase Customised and special orders Gift Cards or vouchers it is at our sole discretion that we will offer an exchange, store credit, or refund. If applicable, you may be charged for shipping or any other costs associated with returning the product.
